Our Program Areas

Turning livelihood opportunities into sustainable economic value

Deep, programmatic interventions targeted at systemic inflection points in the rural economy.

Value Chain Interventions // 01

Program 01

Transforming Rural Value Chains

Strengthening the existing value-chain models in sectors such as dairy, horticulture, agriculture, fisheries and handicrafts. We re-engineer procurement channels, install decentralized chilling and sorting facilities, and connect primary producers directly to high-margin off-takers.

Strategic Objective

Increase producer productivity, market access, gross margins and household income stability.

Program 02

Building Profitable Community-based Institutions

Strengthening FPOs, producer enterprises, SHGs and other rural institutions so that they become viable economic service providers rather than merely project institutions. We embed professional business leadership, robust accounting tools, and institutional governance frameworks.

Strategic Objective

Build institutions capable of delivering sustained economic value to their members.

Program 03

Women-led Micro and Small Enterprises

Creating income and enterprise opportunities for women by connecting SHGs and women producers with assets, skills, finance, markets and producer institutions. From artisanal looms to solar dairy hubs, we catalyze women ownership in regional value ecosystems.

Strategic Objective

Enable women to become economically productive participants and owners within rural value chains.
