Milk Aggregation Platform (MAP)
MAP is a mobile and desktop-based application built to digitise the operations of milk collection centres. It records milk quantity and quality poured by farmers and ensures that payments are transferred directly into their bank accounts. AAVIN, the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation, in partnership with the National Agro Foundation, is using MAP to streamline dairy procurement and empower women farmers through transparent and timely payments.

The platform ensures transparent weighing, quality tracking, and direct-to-bank payments for farmers, with a special focus on empowering women in the dairy supply chain. By replacing manual registers and delayed payments, MAP builds trust and improves operational efficiency for cooperatives like AAVIN.
