Building NPCI’s multilingual E-Learning Platform to drive digital payment literacy across India

Developing and Implementing E-Learning Platform

To expand awareness and strengthen adoption of digital payment solutions, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) partnered with CDFI to design, develop, and implement an E-Learning Platform. The web-based platform allows citizens, merchants, SMEs, and partner banks to access interactive courses on NPCI’s digital payment products, helping build a stronger foundation for financial literacy and digital inclusion across India.

CDFI developed NPCI’s E-Learning Platform as a dynamic and scalable system that simplifies learning about India’s digital payment ecosystem. The platform hosts structured learning modules on NPCI products, from UPI and RuPay to BHIM Aadhaar Pay and AEPS, accessible through web and mobile interfaces. Each course is designed for different audiences, citizens to understand, merchants to use, and banks to operate, ensuring end-to-end awareness and capability building across the ecosystem.
